Sam the Happy, Mobile Baby

This may be shocking to some readers, but it is awesome when a baby appreciates the ridiculous things you do to try to get him to laugh. Lucky for us, Sam generally occupies the happy end of the continuum, so you either get smiles or laughter as a reward for you effort.

Exhibit A:

This is Sam just learning to get up onto hands and knees on November 8.  Not too shabby for a six month old!

He's still learning here, but has much improved his sitting skills and decided that knees are an unnecessary part of crawling.

And here he is on December 4th.  Pretty good progress, eh?!?  Also note that of thirty odd videos that we took, this is the least video-bombed by Barney.

And yes, Sam is still happy-go-lucky at seven monthes.

So awesome! Love to see Sam's skills in development with this series of videos and just makes me even more excited to see the kiddos in person soon :)

It might be the case that I'm singing Olivia Newton John to my baby in that video. Maybe. But slap a sweatband on that kid, and he could've been in that video!
