I don't know why being spit at makes him laugh, but it certainly does!  (Maia wasn't really spitting, just making that sound--I checked).

      Even though he's a really jolly kid, I've never heard Sam laugh like this before.  He laughed at Maia all night last night, even trying to mimic her sounds.  

     Some notes: Yes, he's standing up all by himself, even though it terrifies me.  And yes, he's inside some gates in our living room (Barney can be a little much, and Sam climbs all over him).  We call it being inside The ThunderDome!!!  (said like a monster truck rally announcer)

I have a feeling Maia has an admirer!
